  • ONEWAVE

    Turning a simple idea into a global surf charity, bringing mental health awareness to 200+ beaches in more than 50 countries.

    Since launching in March 2013 OneWave has created a global impact, raising awareness and reducing social stigmas around mental health issues through their Fluro Friday Sessions. 

    Fluro Friday's started at Bondi Beach and have now been held at more than 200 beaches across more than 50 countries, from New Zealand to Norway. In 2018 the OneWave community attracted global media attention when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan joined the anti-bad vibe circle wearing colourful leis for Fluro Friday at Bondi Beach.

    OneWave also runs 'Free the Funk' Programs in schools and workplaces, which have impacted more than 50,000 people.

  • Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

    I’m a branding specialist with 20+ years of experience in brand management and creative strategy—working across both client-side and agency-side roles.

    I’ve worked globally in marketing and brand management for:
    ✔ Frucor Beverages (New Zealand)
    ✔ Unilever & Barclays Capital (London)
    ✔ SC Johnson, Brown-Forman & Kellogg’s (Sydney)

    I’ve also led strategy agency-side as an Account Director at Bastion Effect in Sydney, working with clients like The Color Run.

    This mix of corporate brand experience and agency strategy means I understand both sides of the industry—and know how to create brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations that truly connect.

    Organising a special Fluro Friday event at Bondi Beach to combine community, movement, and colour to raise awareness of mental health.

I’ve spent 20 years in marketing and over a decade building a global social impact movement—and at the heart of it all, my biggest passion is helping people and building communities.

From launching Fluro Friday at Bondi to 200+ beaches in 50+ countries to creating mental health programs that have supported 50,000+ young people, I’ve learned what it takes to turn big ideas into real action - and now I want to help brands do the same.
